Dr. Tady Kordian - Gastroenterologist

Completed his Medical degree in 2003. He also completed an Internal Medicine Specialty. He graduated from the Royal Australian college of Physicians as a Gastroenterologist in 2014. He has 8 publications in well recognised Gastroenterology Journals in relation to general Gastroenterology and Hepatology in addition to Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Dr. Kordian has many years of expertise in Gastroenterology Private Practice. He consults in Strathfield, Plumpton and Bankstown areas.

Dr. Kordian provides comprehensive assessment and evidence-based management of all aspects of gastrointestinal and liver disease. He operates several theatre sessions on a weekly basis in a number of private hospitals. Dr. Kordian believes that communication between patient-doctor should be maintained with ease following treatment and endoscopic interventions.

Patients are able to contact him on a dedicated number directly for all medical issues which has proven to achieve a better outcome for his patients over the years. Endoscopic services attract “No Gap” for privately insured patients (including Anaesthetist services). Non-privately insured patients can have their procedure Bulk-billed (Out of pocket fees for ‘Day surgery’ range from $500-$700).

Dr Aldenb Lorenzo - Upper GI and Bariatric Surgeon

General Surgeon with an interest in upper gastrointestinal, bariatric/weight loss. He finished his general surgical training in the Sydney West Area Health Service hospitals with Westmead Hospital as the training institution. He was awarded his fellowship in general surgery (Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, FRACS) in 2016. He then became the Clinical Superintendent in Blacktown and Mt Druitt Hospitals for two years.

After this he went through a post-fellowship year of rigorous training in upper gastrointestinal surgery in St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney with focus on complex hiatus hernia repair in lung transplant patients. He furthered his training with the prestigious Australia and New Zealand Gastric and Oesophageal Surgery Association (ANZGOSA).

He spent a year of his ANZGOSA training in the Bariatric Unit in Auckland City Hospital, New Zealand, sharpening his skills in bariatric/obesity surgery to add to his general surgical repertoire.  He invested the next two years in Bankstown-Lidcombe and Liverpool hospitals for upper gastrointestinal oncology training (oesophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver cancer). He is a surgical educator with a passion for research and teaching. He is well known for his comprehensive and compassionate service with patients at centre stage.
